The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) wants to make sure every first- and second-grade student in Indiana who needs a bike helmet has one. The Bike IN Safe program is a way for elementary schools to partner with INDOT to help make bike safety gear available for those students.

Complete the form below to schedule a bike safety program at your school or to request helmets and other safety gear for your students (while supplies last). An INDOT representative will contact you to finalize details.
