Ready to help your first- and second-graders ride safe? INDOT-provided materials are intended to be fun and interactive. Geared toward 6- and 7-year-old students, the materials can be adapted for many elementary grade levels.

Promote your school program with a customizable flyer or poster.
INDOT representatives will bring the ride safe party to your school to teach bike safety and give away free safety gear to your first- and second-graders. Easily promote the program with INDOT-provided materials.
If your school isn’t prepared to handle a program but would still like to provide your students with bike helmets, you can request free safety gear. Safety gear options include helmets, reflective wristbands and bike wheel reflectors.
Remember—Proper helmet sizing is key to your student’s safety!
