This Privacy Policy describes how the Bike IN Safe program through Indiana Department of Transportation collects and manages personal information and respects your privacy. This policy may be amended from time to time. We encourage visitors to and users of this page to regularly review our Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes will mean you accept those changes.

Collection of Information

We collect and use information about you in several ways. We receive information directly from you when you send us an email, complete a form on our websites (such as a request for more information or for a request for free safety gear or to schedule a bike safety event), or call us with questions. We collect information electronically when you browse our site.

Revoking Consent and Data Erasure
